Health and wellness are critical to our ability to provide essential services to the public. If you are feeling sick and have scheduled an appointment with us, we ask that you visit us online or call to reschedule your appointment.
If you are exhibiting symptoms while at HRRC center location, we may ask to reschedule your appointment.
Our staff are trained to sanitize their hands between customer interactions, and to disinfect surfaces that customers come in contact with regularly.
In response to the Coronavirus, we have increased cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces like door handles, keyboards, counters, chairs, etc.

Print or save the Confirmation Page.

Take the Confirmation Page with you to your fingerprint appointment, along with a government issued form of identification.

In order to be fingerprinted you must provide a valid government issued photo I.D.The following can be used as acceptable photo identification:

Q&A
How long does the fingerprinting appointment take?
The appointment takes approximately five to ten minutes and your fingerprints are immediately available for electronic transmission to the Illinois State Police and FBI for background processing.
For how long are my fingerprints stored in your system?
Records are stored for 30 days only. If fingerprint cards are lost or misplaced during the 30 day retention period, we will print another set for you free of charge.
Do I need to sign a consent form for my fingerprint processing?
By federal law you have to sign a consent form to perform a fingerprint based background check. We’ll provide the necessary form. The form contains personal information such as name, DOB, SSN, and address.
